1.  DOES MY SELECTED SAFE HAVE A FIRE RATING?  Fire ratings are listed on each product page.  If there is no fire rating on the page of your selected item, the safe does not have one.

2.  CAN I RETURN A SAFE?  Please see the Warranty Page for warranty and return information.

3.  CAN I GET THE SAFE  WITH A COMBINATION LOCK?  Any safe with an E  in the model number can be ordered    with a combination lock rather than an electronic lock.  See info on Combination Lock Safes page.
