TYPES OF WARRANTIES

A.  Burglary/Fire Gun Safe/Presidential Safe/Limited Lifetime Warranty **Valid only for purchasers in North America

If you are the original owner, and one of these safes suffers damage due to theft or fire, manufacturer will replace the safe with absolutely no product cost to you.  You must provide manufacturer with a properly filed police and or fire department report within 30 days of incident.  Manufacturer will, at their option, either repair or replace your safe with a current production model of comparable value.  You are responsible for any removal charges and for any shipping charges.  Under no circumstances will manufacturer be held liable for contents of said safe(s).  Proof of purchase or notarized document stating you are in fact the true original owner of the safe is required.  This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferrable.  The manufacturer of these safes provides world class customer service and stands behind each of their products 100%.

B.  Electronic Lock Limited 1 Year Warranty

Manufacturer will guarantee their brand of electronic lock free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from original purchase date.  This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to original owner with proof of purchase and/or notarized document showing you are in fact the true original owner of the electronic lock.

C.  Depository Safes and Security Safes Limited Warranty

For one year, any manufacturers defects in materials or workmanship are covered.  

What is NOT Covered:

1.  Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

     a.  Accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, failure to perform normal maintenance or operation or to follow instructions labeled on or provided with the safe.

     b.  Any damage occurring from shipment (Those claims must be presented immediately to the carrier)

     c.  Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than a pre-authorized manufacturers service provider.

2.  Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.

3.  Normal wear, battery replacement, any periodic maintenance or where combination lock has been changed without factory authorization.

4.  At no time, and under no circumstances,  will manufacturer be held liable for contents of said safe(s).

Manufacturer will not, under any circumstances, be liable to the initial consumer for any incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the purchase or use of any product(s) including fire resistant steel safes.  Manufacturers liability for any breach of this warranty shall be limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the defective product(s) as described above, or a refund of the product(s).  In no event shall manufacturer's obligation under this warranty exceed the price of the original product(s).

These warranties are limited to the terms stated herein.  All expressed and implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded, except as stated above.  Manufacturer disclaims all liabilities for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of the warranty.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights as well, which will vary from state to state.

Returns:  You may return a safe within 30 days of purchase.  Call the manufacturer at (800) 490-5624.  You will need an authorization number for the return, and will need to arrange for, and pay for shipping.  There will be a 20% restocking fee and a 20% handlling fee.  The safe would need to be in saleable condition.
